The COVID-19 virus impacts every person, every town, every nation and every business around the world. This is why we feel it's important to share some of the steps we're taking at Tregren to keep things running as normal as possible for you, so you can carry on making orders and receiving your deliveries.

The coronavirus impacts every person, every town, every nation and every business around the world. Being self-sufficient is something that is puzzling many of us. This is probably the reason why we have seen a spike in the demand of our kitchen gardens. The Tregren team is doing everything to ensure that your deliveries will arrive fast and swiftly. Our production and logistics are working normally and un-interrupted, so there are products to be order and delivered.

Our deliveries are taken care of by DHL and they are operating normally to ensure that your products will be delivered in time.

In short:

  • we deliver our products by DHL to your door, so there is no need to get out.
  • deliveries of all our kitchen gardens are FREE of CHARGE in Europe as long as the COVID-19 crisis is on
  • our production is running normally and we are able to match the increased demand.
  • our customer service is working normally, so don’t hesitate to contact us at

The terms of ordering and delivery

You can shop at the webstore if you are at least an 18-year old consumer living in Finland or in another European country. Ordering does not require registration.

The product price is the price in euros which is shown with the product information. The price includes VAT 24%. We reserve the right for price changes. For countries outside EU the price at checkout after placing ordering country will appear without VAT. For orders outside EU the customer will bear the VAT and customs cost at receiving the order directly to freight forwarder.

Payment methods
The products and their shipping fees are paid when ordered. You can pay with the following payment methods in the Internet bank: Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron cards. Ordering and paying take place safely in a SSL-protected connection.

Delivery methods and shipping fees

Time of delivery
We deliver the products to you via DHL Express delivery securely and quickly. You will recieve the package in approx. 1-3 days after we have received your order. If the delivery of the product is delayed for some reason, we aim to inform you about it as soon as possible.

Because of Covid-19 the delivery time is 5-7 days until further notice.
In July and around Christmas our time of delivery is 14 days.

Delivery to European countries 14,9 Eur for orders worth less than 89 Eur, to countiries outside Europe 25 Eur.
The delivery is shipped to you by DHL, free delivery to Europe for orders worht more than 89 Eur delivered by GLS. 

The right of return and change of products
All our products have a 14-day right of change and return according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The product shall be unused and in the original sales package. Please always first contact our customer service at before sending your order back to us.

We will return the price as stated in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The returns will be refunded to the credit card. When you change products, we will refund the value of the total sum of your order. We will return the extra money, if the amount of the return is greater than the amount of the new product(s) you have ordered. We will compensate the refunds at latest in 30 days after the return. Wrong or faulty product
If you received a wrong product or the product is faulty or damaged, contact our customer service immediately either by e-mail or by phone to + 358 50 568 9770.

Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel your order and the delivery has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order by contacting our customer service. If the delivery has already been shipped, you should act as described in the return instructions.
